M., with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 16563 APPOINTMENT OF JACK C. SMITH AS KERR COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATOR r: On this the 20th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded '', by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Higgins, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss i voting "AYE and Commissioner Holland voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the appointment of JACK C. SMITH AS Kerr County Road Administrator, effective as of March 24th, 1986, and that his salary be fixed at $24,663.00 per annum (Pay Group 26 Step 1), plus a travel allowance of $6,000.00 per annum, and that Kerr County will provide a vehicle for his use. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ', COURT RECESSED for a Public Hearing at 10:20 o'clock A. M. in the County Court- ', room of the Kerr county Courthouse, in Kerrville, Texas, at a Special term of the Commis- sioners' Court, to consider the Application filed by Bill Stacy, for approval of a Replat of Lot 2 in SOLAR VILLAGE SUBDIVISION. 12 members of the public were present. On this the 20th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a motion to adjourn the Public Hearing regarding a Replat of Lot 2 in Solar Village. Court reconvened at 10:27 o'clock A. M., March 20th, 1986, with all members of the Court present, and the following proceedings were had: N0. 16564 REPEAT OF LOT 2 SOLAR VILLAGE On this the 20th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT OF LOT 2 SOLAR VILLAGE, ~, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, and that all ~' improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION i. "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regula- tions that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. Recorded in Volume 5, Page 217, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16565 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 20th day of March 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various O~mrnissioners' Precinct s, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public Library, Flood Control Maintenance, Traffic Safety, Juvenile Services and 216th District Probation Funds. Motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
