Schreiner Bank, as follows: General Fund 10-450-499 - District Clerk $ 76.49 10-497-499 - County Treasurer $2784.55 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16550 ACCEPTANCE OF ROAD EASEMENT TO KERR COUNTY AND STATE OF TEXAS FROM DORIS HERRING, ET AL On this the 10th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance from Doris Herring, et al, of a 50-foot road easement and right-of-way situated in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, to Kerr County and the State of Texas, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways. It is ordered by the Court that the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be authorized o re-file and re-record the easement previously filed by Mrs. Doris Herring and recorded in Volume 22, Pages 221-230, Easement Records, substituting an amended Page 3 of said instrument, as recommended by County Attorney Gary E.
