It is ordered by the Court that the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be authorized o re-file and re-record the easement previously filed by Mrs. Doris Herring and recorded in Volume 22, Pages 221-230, Easement Records, substituting an amended Page 3 of said instrument, as recommended by County Attorney Gary E.
