Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 16537 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS & ACCOUNTS ~ On this the 10th day of March 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Flood Control Maintenance, Juvenile Services, Juvenile State Aid and 216th District Probation Funds. Dlotion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16538 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED I' On this the 10th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, as of the Regular Meeting on February 10th, 1986, February 11th, 1986, and a Special Meeting on February 20th, 1986, from pages 193 thru 203, Volume Q. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16539 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF $4,000.00 to VARIOUS COMMITTEES FOR SESQUICENTENNIAL EVENTS OF KERR COUNTY On this the 10th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment of $4,000.00 to be divided equally in the amount of $1,000.00 each, for Kerr County Sesquicentennial Events, to the following four committees, listed as follows: Kerr County Sesquicentennial Committee $1,000.00 Kerrville Sesquicentennial Committee $1,000.00 West Kerr County Sesquicentennial Committee $1,000.00 and Center Point Sesquicentennial Committee $1,000.00 It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw vouchers in the amount of $1,000.00 each, payable to the four committees shown above, out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 16540 APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF MRS. CARL E. (WINNIE) ELLIS AS THE COUNTY CHAIRMAN FOR KEEP TEXAS BEAUTIFUL On this the 10th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of MRS.
