with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct Four, and that all improve-

ments that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND
REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regulations that
were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

On this the 20th day of February 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that all County fees collected "
by the Kerr County District Clerk be withheld in the District Clerk's Account, until such time
that the shortage in the amount of $20,550.20 has been collected, as recommended by the '
auditing firm of Deloitte Haskins and Sells. It is further ordered by the Court that any
restitution in the above amount shall be deposited with the County Treasurer in the General
Fund.
