HIGGINS Commissioner Precinct 2 VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct 3 BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR. Commissioner Precinct 4 and the court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: A public hearing was held on February 20th, 1986 at 10:00 o'clock A. T1., in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, - - - - at a Special term of the Commissioners' Court, to consider the Application filed by Bill Stacy for approval of a Replat of Lots 3 and 4 in Solar Village. Seven (7) members of the public were present. NO. 16521 MOTION TO ADJOURN PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING REPEAT OF LOTS 3 and 4 IN SOLAR VILLAGE' On this the 20th day of February 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-! ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a motion to adjourn the public hearing regarding a Replat of Lots 3 and 4 in Solar Village. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o i NO. 16522 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOTS 3 AND 4 INTO THREE LOTS IN SOLAR VILLAGE On this the 20th day of February 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Holland, Iiiggins, Lich and Guthrie voting "Aye" and County Judge Morriss "Abstaining from voting", said motion carried by a majority vote approving the REPEAT OF LOTS 3 AND 4 INTO THREE LOTS IN SOLAR VILLAGE, with no variances. This is located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One. All improve- ' ments that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS', that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 16523 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 20th day of February 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of the General, Traffic Safety, Jury, Road and Bridge and Public Library Funds. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 11:00 o'clock A. M., February 20th, 1986, at which time a public hearing was held by the Kerr County Housing Finance Corporation, regarding a proposal for the issuance of a series of bonds, the proceeds of which are to be used for the purpose of making a mortgage loan to finance the construction of a multifamily rental housing project to be rented by low and moderate income families in the City of Kerrville, Texas. Approximately 40 members of the public were present for the hearing.
