as a Jailer/Dispatcher, as requested by Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson, at a salary of $12,978.00
per annum ($1081.50 per month - $540.75 semi-monthly), Kerr County Pay Group 13 Step 1, pay-
able out of the General Fund. Effective date of employment February 20th, 1986.

On this the 11th day of February 1986, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland and
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, to make an offer to CHARLES A. KIEFER for the position of
road ene~ineer of Kerr. County, at a salary of $34,000.00 per annum.
Said motion is pending until the County Attorney and/or Attorney General renders a
written opinion to the Commissioners' Court.
(Above item will be acted upon at the February 20th, 1986 Special Dleeting of the
Commissioners' Court).

N0. 16520 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASES FOR FOUR JAILER/DISPATCHERS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1ST,
1986
On this the 11th day of February 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved salary increases for four jailer/
dispatchers who have been certified, and that their salaries be increased, effective as of
January 1st, 1986, from $1081.50 per month to $1,136.25 (Kerr County Pay Group #14, Step #1 -
$568.13 semi-monthly), for each of the following:
