On this the 11th day of February 1986, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland and
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, to make an offer to CHARLES A. KIEFER for the position of
road engineer of Kerr. County, at a salary of $34,000.00 per annum.
Said motion is pendinq until the County Attorney and/or Attorney General renders a
written opinion to the Commissioners' Court.
