by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF JAPONICA HILLS, with no
variances, situated in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, and that all improve- ~~
menu that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND
REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regulations that
were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a change of position title of Robert E.
Love, Jr., from Lieutenant to Chief Deputy Sheriff, effective as of February 1st, 1986, and
that his salary remain the same at $21,265.00 per annum ($1,772.08 per month - $886.04 semi-
monthly, Kerr County Pay Group 23, Step 1.

THE CIVIL SECTION AND RECORDS IN THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

J by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Frances Kaiser,
Deputy Sheriff, to the position of Sergeant over the civil section and records in the Kerr
County Sheriff's Department, and that her salary be increased from Kerr County Pay Group 17
Step 1, $15,812.00 per annum to Kerr County Pay Group 20, Step 1, $18,336.00 per annum
($1,528.00 monthly - $764.00 semi-monthly), effective February 1st, 1986.
