as an Intermediate Clerk in the County Clerk's Office, effective as of January 20th, 1986,
at a salary of $11,757.00 per annum ($979.75 per month, $489.88 semi-monthly, Kerr County Pay
Group 11, Step 1, payable out of the General Fund.

THE CALENDAR YEAR 1986 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,234.68
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment of Kerr County Membership Dues
to the ALAMO AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS for the calendar year 1986, in the amount of $1,234.68-
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General fund in the above amount, payable to the ALAMO A EA COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS.

DIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

Deputy Sheriff, to the position of Sergeant over the civil section and records in the Kerr
County Sheriff's Department, and that her salary be increased from Kerr County Pay Group 17
Step 1, $15,812.00 per annum to Kerr County Pay Group 20, Step 1, $18,336.00 per annum
($1,528.00 monthly - $764.00 semi-monthly), effective February 1st, 1986.
