COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON JANUARY 23rd, 1986 at 10:00 o'clock

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 16464 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOTS 1 AND 2 OF TIMBERLINE SUBDIVISION
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT OF LOTS 1 and 2 OF TIMBERLINE
SUBDIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVI-
SION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

N0. 16465 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public Library, Juvenile Services,
Juvenile State Aid and Traffic Safety Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich,and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

On this the 23rd day of January, 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the day

NO. 16467 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF KERR AND THE ANIMAL WELFARE
SOCIETY OF KERR COUNTY FOR THE CARE OF COUNTY ANIMALS

by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the proposed agreement between the
County of Kerr and the Animal Welfare Society of Kerr County, Inc., for the care of County
animals, effective upon completion of the Animal Welfare Shelter, at which time Kerr County
agrees to pay the sum of $1250.00 per month to the Animal Welfare Society, payable out of ~I
the General Fund. (Agreement approved, subject to County Attorney's approval).

NO. 16468 RESIGNATION OF ANN BURNS, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,

AIRPORT EXPENSES AND TO COMMISSION BLACKWELL & ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE AN
AIRCRAFT NOISE REPORT
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payments to Olmos Equipment Co. in
the amount of $34,805.06 for construction of runway-taxiway extension, airport road, etc.
and to Blackwell & Associates to prepare an Aircraft Noise Analysis Report for a sum of
$',,058.00, for Engineering Services and to commission Elackwell & Associates to prepare an
Aircraft Noise Analysis Report f.or a sum of $3,000.00, in concurrence with action taken by
the City Council on January 14th, 1986.

NO. 16470 APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER TO CONTRACT BETWEEN OLMOS EQUIPMENT COMPANY AND THE CITY
OF KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY, FFA PROJECT NO. 3-48-0121
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a Change Order to OLMOS
EQUIPMENT COMPANY AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT, FAA PROJECT NO. 3-48-0121-02 and the CITY
OF KERRVILLE and KERR COUNTY, in the amount of $2,263.25. (Drainage inlet structure current-'
ly in place between Taxiway 02/20 and the Airport infield must be moved to facilitate the
Westward Extension of Taxiway 12/30.
