COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON JANUARY 23rd, 1986 at 10:00 o'clock
A. M., with the following officers present:
GORDON 5. MORRISS County Judge
FRED HOLLAND Commissioner Precinct 1
EDWARD D. HIGGINS Commissioner Precinct 2
VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct 3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR. Commissioner Precinct 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 16464 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOTS 1 AND 2 OF TIMBERLINE SUBDIVISION
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded''
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a REPEAT OF LOTS 1 and 2 OF TIMBERLINE
SUBDIVISION, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVI-'
:.
SION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

NO. 16465 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 23rd day of January 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the various '
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of
the General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Public Library, Juvenile Services,
Juvenile State Aid and Traffic Safety Funds.

Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

NO. 16466 COURTHQUSE HOLIDAYS FOR 1986
On this the 23rd day of January, 1986, came on to be considered by the Court, the day
and dates to be fixed by the Court as legal Holidays for the year 1986, also that the Court-
house shall be closed on those days and the Court is of the opinion that the following days
and dates are and shall	be declared as legal Holidays	for the County:
