approved by the Court, that said property does not need to meet the requirements of the Kerr

On this the 13th day of January 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded ,

approximately .4 of a mile, commencing at Harper Road and ending at the first cattleguard and
fronting James Avery Craftsman Inc., be named as JAMES AVERY DRIVE.

On this the 13th day of January 1986, upon motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST
! SECTION 10, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUB-
~' DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
