the subdivision plat hereinafter referred to as Sierra Vista Estates hereby declare the
subdivision plat recorded at Volume 4, Page 290, of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas,
to be, and the same hereby is vacated and canceled.
FURTHER, that pursuant to R.C.S. Arts. 974a and 5(a), and Article 6626d Vernon's
Annotated Statutes, the Kerr County Commissioner's Court did on January 13, 1986, approve
the vacation of the Sierra Vista Estates Plat referred herein.
