NOW COMES JOHN ALLEN BERNHARD and FRED S. BERNHARD, owners of property described as
Sierra Vista Estates and respectfully shows the Court as follows:
JOHN ALLEN BERNHARD and FRED S. BERNHARD have previously caused to be recorded subdivision
plat referred to as Sierra Vista Estates of record in Volume 4, Page 290 of the Plat Records
of Kerr County, Texas; and,
The said JOHN ALLEN BERNHARD and FRED S. BERNHARD being the sole owners of all property
situated in said plat hereby request that said subdivision plat be vacated and canceled.
Said JOHN ALLEN BERNHARD and FRED S. BERNHARD would further show the Court that no other
persons own a interest nor will they be effected by the vacating and cancelling of said plat.
WHEREFORE, the said JOHN ALLEN BERNHARD and FRED S. BERNHARD respectfully request the
Court enter an order approving the cancellation and vacation of said Sierra Vista Estates
Subdivision.
