On this the 13th day of January 1986, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarter-
' ly Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1985 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $103,760.70.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $20,775.80.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously

approved by the Court.

` ORDER NO. 16434 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF TITLEWAVE, INC. FOR COMPUTER INDERING SYSTEM
IN COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 13th day of January 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Bid of TITLEWAVE,
INC. for a computer indexing system in the County Clerk's Office, in the amount of $23,984.00,
as recommended by Consultant and County Auditor.

to save General Revenue Sharing in the amount of $154.00.

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved adoption of the Kerr County Personnel
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a reimbursement, payable to Bill or
Jody Fackelman in the amount of $141.72, for formula, for unknown baby girl currently placed
in their home.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to Bill or Jody Fackelman out of the General
~ Fund.
