of the Commissioners' Court, with alt members present, it
is Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the following tax

Pursuant to Sec. 31.03, State Property Code, such option
allow's taxpayers wha pay one-half ~f the unit's taxes before
December 1 to pay the remaining one-half of the taxes without
penalty or interest before July 1 of the following year.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Lich, with Commissioners Lich and Guthrie and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE", and Commissioners Holland and Higgins
voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a Majority Vote.
