ORDER RESCINDING ORDER NO. 16695 - RE: REQUESTING UPPER
GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY TO REDEFINE THE FLOOD PLAIN IN
KERR COUNTY
On this the 19th day of June 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved that ORDER NO. 16695,
dated June 9th, 198h,be rescinded in its entirety - RE:
ORDER REQUESTING UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY TO REDEFINE
THE FLOOD PLAIN IN KERR COUNTY.
