COUNTY CLERK PATRICIA DYE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN ALL BIRTH AND
DEATH CERTIFICATES AS REGISTRAR, EFFECTIVE AS OF OCTOBER
1ST, 1986
On this the 8th day of September 1986, upon motion made
by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved that effective October 1st,
1986, County Clerk Patricia Dye be authorized to sign all
birth and death certificates in Kerr County, as Registrar,
and that the four Justices of the Peace of Kerr County will
no longer sign in this capacity.
