On this the 21st day of August 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland ~ seconded by Commissioner Guthrie
the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
DONNA M. EDWARDS, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK of Kerr County,
Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of August 15th,
1986.

GENTLEMEN:
I have accepted the resignation of Donna M. Edwards,
Deputy County Clerk, effective as of August 15th, 1986.
I have employed Rosemary Harris, effective today, August
18th, 1986, to replace Donna. Rosemary has had several
years of clerical and secretarial experience and I would
like for her salary to be set at $11,757.00 per annum
- $979.75 per month - $489.88 semi-monthly (Intermediate
Clerk, Pay Group 11, Step 1.} She will be working with
the County Court at law.

Pat,
I regret to inform you that I must give notice that August
15, 1986, will be my last day to work.
Due to my husband's work and a recent promotion and raise
we have decided it would be best for my family to remain
in Houston.
I have truly enjoyed my work here and have appreciated the
chance to learn so much more about our court system and
how a county clerk`s office functions. This has been a
valuable experience for me.
