Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Hiq_c~ins-
the Court unanimously approved that the application of
Patricia Dye, County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be granted,
to reconfirm the appointment of LINDA VIRGEN, Deputy County
Clerk to LINDA MENDOZA, Deputy County Clerk (Name change
due to marriage August 5th, 1986), and that her deputation
in the name of LINDA MENDOZA be effective the date of her
qualification.
