LOCAL REGISTRAR FOR BIRTH AND DEATH RECORDS, EFFECTIVE
AS OF OCTOBER 1st, 1986
On this the 11th day of August 1986, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner
Lich it was unanimously approved by the Court that
COUNTY CLERK PATRICIA DYE be designated as LOCAL REGISTRAR
FOR KERB COUNTY for Birth and Death Records, effective as
of October 1st, 1986, and as agreed upon by the City
Council at a joint work session between the City and County
on June 18th, 1986.

Dear Judge Morriss:
The City Gouncil has agreed to designate the County
Clerk as the Local Registrar for birth and death records
for the City of Kerrville effective October 1, 1986.
As you know, this was discussed at a joint worksession
between the City and County on June 18, 1986.
The City Staff will notify the State Department of
Health, hospitals, funeral homes, and the public of this
change .
