TO REHANG TWO DOORS IN COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE AND INSTALLATION
OF NEW HOLLOW METAL DOOR (BUT NOT RELOCATE PANEL) AND TO RE-
WORK METAL FLASHING ON EXTERIOR OF COURTHOUSE ANNEX
On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved acceptance of a proposal by CLARK
& STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. to rehang two doors in the
County Clerk's Office and installation of one new hollow
metal door (but not relocate panel), and to rework metal
flashing on exterior of Courthouse annex, in the amounts
listed as follows:
Furnish labor and materials to rehang two (2)
doors in County Clerk's Office ------------ $ 585.00
Furnish labor and materials for the ~_nstall_ation of
one new 3'- 0"x6'8" hollow metal 16 gauge fire rated door
with frame and one Corbin lockset (but not relocate
panel) $1,138.00
and
Furnish labor, materials and scaffolding to rework
metal flashing on exterior of Courthouse Annex $ 945.00

light unit.
We propose to do this work for the sum of X1513.00.
If no glass breakage is incurred in the relocation of this
unit, the price will be $150.00 less than quoted price.
