ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY TREASURER AND COUNTY AUDITOR TO
ISSUE VOUCHERS TO MARK ALLEN HAMILTON AND WIFE, SHERI
DOREEN HAMILTON, FOR WITNESS FEES IN THE ELLEBRACHT TRIAL
On this the 10th day of March 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to issue vouchers to Mark Allen
Hamilton and wife, Sheri Doreen Hamilton, in the amount of
$50.00 each, for witness fees in the Ellebracht trial,
payable out of the General Fund, as requested by District
Clerk Mary Brooks.
