On this the 20th da_y of March 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved payment to DONNIE J. COLEMAN,
Attorney-at-Law, for services in connection with the prepara-
tion of the State's brief in Cause No. 925 - Genene Jones,
in the total amount of $3,972.00, payable out of the General
Fund, Code No. 10-440-103.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the above
amount, payable to Donnie J. Coleman, Attorney-at-Law.
