ORDER AUTHORIZING DISBURSEMENTS OF FUNDS FOR INCIDENTAL
EXPENSES IN CAUSE NO. 1005, OF THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
COURT OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of May 1986, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court, a letter request dated May 9th, 1986,
b_y Ronald L. Sutton, District Attorney of the 198th Judicial
District Court of Kerr County, requesting the payment of
$5,000 budgeted as incidental expenses for the Ellebracht
trial, Cause No. 1005.
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie seconded
by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved by the
Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be
authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund of Kerr
County, payable to the Clerk of the District Court of Kerr
County in the amount of $S,000.OO,to be disbursed upon the
request of the District Attorney, Ronald L. Sutton.
