ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN HORSESHOE OAKS SUBDIVISION
On this the 10th day of February 1986, came on to be considered
by the Court the matter of acceptance of roadways in HORSESHOE
OAKS SUBDIVISION, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. Three.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner
Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the clause stated
in Order No. 13589, dated January 22nd, 1979, recorded in Volume
O, Page 424 of the Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to
maintenance of roadways be rescinded, and that Kerr County
Precinct No. Three does accept the roadways in HORSESHOE OAKS
SUBDIVISION, effective as of this date, and that said roadways
have been upgraded by the developer according to specifications.
(Plat of Horseshoe Oaks Subdivision is recorded in Volume 4,
Page 152, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas).
