N0. 16909 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE OF USED SURPLUS PROPERTY
On this the 23rd day of October 1986, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an order to advertise for bids for
the sale of used surplus property belonging to Kerr county, such as typewriters, adding
machines, calculators, chairs, ballot boxes (metal), projector, accounting machine, etc.
Bids should be for the entire lot only.
Sealed bids will be accepted in the Kerr County Clerk's Office until 5:00 o'clock P. M.,
November 7th, 1986.
Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday, November 11th, 1986 at 10:15 o'clock A. M. in

the Regular Session of Commissioners' Court.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Please call County Auditor Don bailliamson at 896-1337 for an aooointment to view items
for sale.
