ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF E. H. BOESSLING FOR USED HAUL TRAILER
AND USED TRUCK TRACTOR, FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY ROAD AND
BRIDGE DEPARTMENT
On this the 18th day of December 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland , seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance o£ the BID OF E.
H. BOESSLING for a used HAUL TRAILER and a used TRUCK TRACTOR
in the total amount of $35,000, for use by the Kerr County
Road & Bridge Department, and as recommended by the Kerr
County Auditor and Road Administrator.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the Road
and Bridge Fund in the amount of $35,000 for said equipment,
upon delivery and acceptance by the Kerr County Road Adminis-
trator Jack C. Smith.
