APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES IN THE KERR COUNTY DISTRICT
CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 20th day of February 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, it was
unanimously approved by the Court that all County fees collect-
ed by the Kerr County District Clerk be witheld in the District
Clerk's Account, until such time that the shortage in the amount
of $20,550.20 has been collected, as recommended by the auditing
firm of Deloitte Haskins and Sells.
It is further ordered by the Court that any restitution in the
above amount shall be deposited with the County Treasurer in the
General Fund.
