MOTION TO LIMIT MERIT INCREASES TO 15o OF THE NUMBER OF
EMPLOYEES IN EACH DEPARTMENT
On this the 14th day of April 1986, a motion was made by
Commissioner Higgins and seconded by Commissioner Holland,
to limit merit increases to 15~ of the number of employees
in each department, including any fractional part.
Commissioners Higgins and Holland voting "AYE" and Commis-
sioners Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Morriss voting
"NAY", said motion failed.
