SALARIES OF FULL-TIME ROAD AND BRIDGE EMPLOYEES TO BE SET
ON A PER ANNUM BASIS INSTEAD OF AN HOURLY BASIS, EFFECTIVE
OCTOBER 1st, 1986
On this the 25th day of September 1986, upon motion made
by Commissioner Higgins , seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved the recommendation of Jack
C. Smith, Kerr County Road Administrator, that effective
October 1st, 1986, the salaries of full-time employees in
the Road and Bridge Department be set on a per annum basis
instead of an hourly basis, and that the pay periods remain
the same, on a semi-monthly basis.
It is further ordered that temporary or part-time Road and
Bridge employees be paid semi-monthly on an hourly basis,
which is the present policy.
