Salary of the County Court at Law Judge amended to $44,908.00 per annum, at a rate of $1,871.17 semi- monthly, which salary is 80~ of the base salary of the District Judges, which has been in effect since September 1st, 1985, and that an additional lump sum payment be made in the amount of $1,308._0__0 for under Davments made since October 1st, 1985. L.~.w AMENDED ORDER SETTING SALARY OF COURT REPORTER FOR COUNTY COURT AT LAW Pursuant to Article 1970-388, Section 9(d), Vernon's Ann, Civ. St. (1986 Pamphlet), which states, "The reporter is entitled to a salary set by the judge of the County Court at Law of Kerr County ...", the salary of the Official Court Reporter, Debra Hernandez, is hereby set at an annual amount of $26,689.00, to be paid in monthly installments of $2,224.08, or in bi-monthly installments of $1,112.04. Said amount is based on the independent findings of Ray Associates, Inc., in their letter dated July 16, 1986, which study was authorized by the County Judge, and attached hereto. In addition, the Official Court Reporter has agreed that her salary set above coincides with level 26/3 on the Kerr County Employee Pay Schedule, with future advancements to be based on said schedule and job description as adopted by Kerr County and which salary to be set by the Judge of the County Court at Law in accordance with said schedule. It is further stated that the official Court Reporter has agreed to furnish to the County Attorney, free of charge, copies of all statements of facts requested by him of criminal trials held in the County Court at Law, of which originals are ordered by the Defendant for purposes of appeal.
