ORDER AUTHORIZING CITY OF KERRVILLE TO SOLICIT BID PROPOSALS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF WATER MAIN MATERIALS AT LOUIS SCHREINER
FIELD
On this the 10th day of March 1986, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Higgins seconded by Commissioner Guthrie , it was
unanimously approved by the Court that the City of Kerrville
solicit bid proposals for the purchase of water main materials
at the Louis Schreiner Field, as itemized in their bid specifica-
tions, and as approved by the City Council at their meeting on
February 25th, 1986.

It is recommended that this water line be installed by, Force
Account and chat funds allocated for this project and 'not ex-
pended be utilized for other approved Airport projects.
