Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved a Dedication of a road
described as being thirty (30) feet along and abutting
each side of the centerline (described in Exhibit "B"),
from T&R PROPERTIES, a joint venture partnership composed
of C=ary A. Thorne and Caspar Stieler Real ("Owner") to the
public use forever for road, utility and right-o£-way

A. T&R PROPERTIES, a joint venture partnership composed of
GARY A. THORNE and CASPAR STIELER REAL, ("Owner") owns that
certain property described in EXHIBIT "A", attached hereto and
made a part hereof for all purposes (the "Property").
B. Owner desires to grant and dedicate the Road as herein
provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged and confessed, Owner does hereby grant and dedicate
to the public use Forever for road, utility and right-of-way
purposes, the Road (the "Road") described as being thirty (30)
