ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PAVING VARIOUS ROADS
IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of July 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the
Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for a two course surface treatment
(Paving) for various Kerr County Roads.
Specifications are on file in the office of the Kerr County
Road Administrator, Jack C. Smith.
Bids to be received until 10:.00 o`clock A. M., August 11th,
1986, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr
County, Texas, July 19th and July 26th, 1986.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Kerr County will receive sealed bids addressed to the
County Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, until
10:00 o'clock A. M., August 11th, 1986, for the following:
Two course surface treatment (Paving) for various
Kerr County Roads.
Bids must comply with specifications of the Kerr County
Road Administrator, Jack C. Smith.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Publication of this notice and awarding of bids shall be in
compliance with and subject to the terms of Article 6753,
Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.
Done by order of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County,
Texas, this the 15th day of July 1986.
