ORDER SETTING EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1985 FOR
COMMENCEMENT OF COUNTY COURT-AT-LAW OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS,
AND FOR COUNTY COURT-AT-LAW JUDGE TO COMMENCE FULL DUTIES
On this the 25th day of July 1985, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that the commence-
ment of Kerr County Court-at-Law be October 1, 1985, and
that the appointed County Court-at-Law Judge, William L.
("Bill") Baskette, Jr., commence full duties on October 1,
1985.
