MOTION TO APPROVE A PROPOSAL AUTHORIZING THE LSSUANCE, SALE
AND DELIVERY OF $3,600,000 MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS
(BORDEAUX XIII. APARTMENTS) SERIES E
On this the 20th day of February 1986, a motion was made
by County Judge Morriss and seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
to approve a proposal authorizing the issuance, sale and
delivery of $3,600,000 multifamily housing revenue bonds
(Bordeaux XIII Apartments) Series E.
Commissioners Lich and Guthrie voted against the motion and
said motion failed.
