MOTION TO DENY PROPOSAL AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND
DELIVERY OF $3,600,000 MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS
(BORDEAUX XIII APARTMENTS) SERIES E
On this the 20th d.ay of February 1986, a motion was made
by Commissioner Lich and seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
to deny a proposal authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery
of $3,600,000 multifamily housing revenue bonds (Bordeaux
XIII Apartments) Series E.
Commissioner Higgins and County Judge Morriss voted against
the motion and said motion failed.
