FAIR HOUSING ACTIV~PIES RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Kerr County presently participates in a Housing Finance Corporation
that makes provision for setting aside a number of units for lacer income individ-
uals and' families whenever the county participates in a Housing Finance Bond
Issue, and;
WHEREAS, the county will favorably consider housing projects which have an
ethnic mix through the use of housing programs which are available to private de-
velopers, and;
WHEREAS, the County does comply with all laws related to Fair Housing,
let if be knaan:
That the Commissioners' Court directs and designates the County Judge
as the County's Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative
to act in all matters in connection with the County's participation in
Fair Housing Activities
