MOTION TO ACCEPT LOW BID OF SYL CORPORATION FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE KERR
COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 9th day of June 1986, a motion was made by
Commissioner Higgins to accept the low bid of SYL CORPORA-
TION for construction of a Juvenile Detention Center on the
third floor of the Kerr County Courthouse in the amount of
$25,000.00.
Motion failed for lack of a second.
