REJECTION OF THE ORIGINAL BID OF CLARK & STROMAN
CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A JUVENILE
DETENTION CENTER ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE KERR COUNTY
COURTHOUSE, KERRVILLE, TEXAS
On this the 9th day of June 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
it was unanimously approved by the Court that the
original bid of CLARK AND STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC.
received May 22nd, 1986, for construction of a Juvenile
Detention Center on the Third Floor of the Kerr County
Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas, be rejected.
