ACCEPTANCE OF AMENDED BID OF CLARK & STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC.,
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER ON THE THIRD
FLOOR OF THE KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,403.00
On this the 7th day of July 1986, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court
unanimously approved acceptance of the amended bid of CLARK &
STROMAN CONSTRUCTION, INC., for construction of a Juvenile
Detention Center on the third floor of the Kerr County Court-
house, in the amount of $27,403.00, with the stipulation that
the bid security be received by July 9th, 1986.
It is further ordered by the Court that the amended bid of
SYL Corporation in the amount of $25,000.00 be rejected, due to
failure to comply with bid specifications regarding insurance
coverage.

the amount of $1,550.00 (which had been submitted with Bid
of SYL Corporation - regarding construction of Juvenile
Detention Center Check No. 24488, dated June 6th, 1986.
