REQUEST OF CHARLES B. DOMINGUES REGARDING DIVISION OF
PROPERTY
On this the 24th day of April 1986, came on to be considered
by the Court, the request of CHARLES B. DOMINGUES, as to
whether or not the division of a tract of 1.9 acres out of
752 acres, Kelly Creek Ranch in Kerr County, off of Kelly
Creek Road, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
No. Four, would be considered a Subdivision, under the
Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, that said division
of property does not need to meet the requirements of the
Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
