Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved and determined by the Court that said division of property does not need to meet the requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULA- TIONS". ~. Survey No. 47, Abstract No. 50, in the town of Center Point, Kerr County, Texas; part of that land conveyed as 13.5 acres Erom Frank Thomason, et ux, to Jeffrey Turner by a Warranty Deed with Vendoc's Lien executed the 4th day of October, 1977 and recorded in Volume 201 at Page 36 of rile Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas; and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a fence post marked with a 1/2" iron stake in tale nor[li line of said 13.5 acre tract and souttl right-of-way line of Kelly Street, a forty {40) ft. wide public street, for the northerly northeast corner of the herein described tract; which point bears: 146.36 ft. 5.89° 53 'W. from a 1/2" iron stake for the northeast corner of said 13.5 acre tract; and 1395.83 ft. 5.89° 51'W. from the northeast corner of the L.
