REQUEST OF BETTY & PRESTON MORTON REGARDING DIVISION OF
PROPERTY
On this the 20th day of March 1986, came on to be considered
by the Court, the request of Betty and Preston Morton, as to
whether or not the division of a tract of property located
in West Kerr County, off of highway 27, between Ingram and
Mountain Home, regarding the sale of a one-half acre tract,
would be considered a Subdivision, under the Kerr County Sub-
division "RULES and REGULATIONS".
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Holland and unanimously approved by the Court, that said
division of property does not need to meet the requirements
of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES and REGULATIONS".
Commissioner Holland requested that it be noted in the Minutes
that he approved the request, with provision that it will not
be considered as setting a precedent.
