REnUEST OF A. D. BERGEN REGARDING DIVISION OF PROPERTY
On this the 14th day of April 1986, came on to be considered
by the Court, the request of A. D. Bergen, as to whether
or not the division of a tract of 6.2 acres out of a 28.04
acre tract, Survey No. 132, located in Kerr County Commis-
sioner's Precinct No. Four, would be considered a Subdivision,
under the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commis-
sioner Higgins and unanimously approved by the Court, that
said division of property does not need to meet the requirements
of the Kerr County Subdivision "RULES AND REGULATIONS".
