ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 16691 DATED JUNE 9th, 1986, RE:
APPROVAL OF FIRST PAYMENT TO THE ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY
OF KERR COUNTY, INC.
On this the 14th day of October 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved an order AMENDING ORDER NO. 16691
dated June 9th, 1986, Re: Approval of First Payment to the
Animal Welfare Society of Kerr County, Inc ., by deleting the
following "payable out of the General Fund" and adding the
following "payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund".

APPROVAL OF FIRST PAYMENT TO THE ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY
OF KERR COUNTY, INC.
On this the 9th day of June 1986, upon motion made by
Commissioner _~~~Q9_.ns , seconded by Commissioner Guthrie ,
the Court unanimously approved the first payment to the
ANIPIAL WELFARE SOCIETY OF KERR COUNTY, INC., as per agreement
dated January 23rd, 1986, between the COUNTY OF KERR and
the ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY OF KERR COUNTY, INC., in the
amount of $1,250.00 per month, payable out of the General
Fund.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher payable to
the ANIMAL [dELFARE SOCIETY OF KERR COUNTY, INC. in the amount
of $1,250.00 now, and thereafter on the first day of each
succeeding month, as per present contract.
