by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
with Commissioners Holland and Higgins and County Judge
Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioners Lich and Guthrie
voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving the employment of HERBERT A. "BUSTER" BALDWIN
as a Jailer-Dispatcher, effective as of September 16th,
1986, at a salary of $12,978.00 per annum, $1,081.SOmonthly,
$540.75 semi-monthly, Kerr County Pay Group 13 Step 1,
payable out of the General Fund.
