NO. 16460 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST SECTION 10
On this the 13th day of January 1986, upon motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREENWOOD FOREST

SECTION 10, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984, and amendments to
the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.~~
